Bumble: Dating & Friends App App Reviews

This review only has to do with the current update- Ive been using Bumble since its inception and have met many men, and gone on many dates. Its been a fantastic way for me to meet men who arent skittish about a woman making the first move. But this last update- what the hell? It keeps crashing and wont even open. Now how am I supposed to find my next date?

The really ironic thing about this app is girls have always controlled who they talked to...what do you need an "empowerment" app to do that for you? And guys still initiate first by extending the match. I swiped right to about 700 girls on here and rarely got a response until I extended the match...isnt that the same thing as saying hi? Either way girls are still waiting for guys to initiate something. This whole app just feels like its designed to humiliate guys (speaking for myself of course). Thanks anyway but I prefer apps without humiliating restraints. Banjo Bob out!! Peace

I think its a huge flaw that you need Facebook to sign in. I dont have Facebook and I think it would be stupid to activate my Facebook to use the app. I get the reasoning behind it but Im sure there are other ways to prove youre not a robot like texting a code to your phone or something or there are other social media sites.

Lol, most the girls have great jobs and are plenty attractive. Save to assume the developers spent lots of time making fake profiles. Pathetic.

The majority of profiles on here are likely fake and ran by bumble staff. Its full of "model" looking girls and "matches" never message. This app has been completely useless.

Way too much homogeneity among the pool of candidates and they seem to be looking for the same homogeneity in their matches.

The first 100-200 accounts are fake...90% of them are great looking with pretty solid jobs but then all of a sudden things change to normal ugly people with crap lives like the rest of the on line daters so no thanks I dont trust when it starts as lies

Easy to use, simple, and great people. Id recommend it to anyone.

I agree with other reviews i have read on here in that im not totally sure this is legit. All the ladies are suspiciously attractive and as a guy i have no indication whatsoever that im not the only person on this app. Lol. I like the idea Sadie Hawkins idea but in typical dating app fashion there it has very little to offer to someone who is actually looking to meet people and not just window shop.

Honestly Im one of those people who doesnt believe in online dating, for a while my friend been telling me to download tinder but I said no cause I know how it is but then my college friend told me to try bumble. At first I was skeptical but since the girl is the one who make the first move that kinda change my mind (I can pick who I wanna talk to basically) so I did. And i have no intention to find a boyfriend or hooking up with anyone from the app Im basically just wanna see how it is. From someone who doesnt believe in online dating I find this funny because I actually met my current boyfriend from bumble lol

Honestly the usability is fantastic, but the amount of fake profiles on here is worse than tinder. Cool concept but Im not doing that kind of crap

Its a pretty good app. I do think that you should be able to back up if you accidentally swipe left. Just the last one, not all of them. I have pretty severe dysgraphia and occasionally swipe left when I mean to swipe right. Then they are gone forever.

This app would get 5 stars if it didnt send so many reminder notifications! If I dont open the app for what seems like a day, Im getting 2 alerts per day reminding me to "Come back to Bumble-We know youre there somewhere
